Kristin Angelino joined Gersten Savage LLP in 2005.  She represents both issuers and underwriters in public and private securities offerings, including Special Purpose Acquisition Companies, or SPACs. She also represents clients in transactions involving mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and other financial transactions. In addition, she advises clients on corporate governance matters and securities law disclosure.

She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
