Cheryll Calaguio joined Gersten Savage in 2006.  She is a corporate attorney representing clients in all aspects of corporate law, focusing on matters such as financing, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance and securities regulations.  Ms. Calaguio also represents domestic and offshore investment entities engaged in raising capital pools for investments in public markets. 

Prior to joining Gersten Savage, Ms. Calaguio practiced law for three years with the corporate and tax groups of a law firm based in Manila, Philippines.
