Prior to attending Fordham, I worked in a law firm engaging in IPO and Merger and Acquisition transactions for several months in China.  During my internship there I had the opportunity to understand a lot of general practical skills for a successful lawyer.  After then, I worked as an intern in Baker & McKenzie LLP, Shanghai Office, where I provided transfer pricing consultations for  multi-national corporations.
