David Lackowitz

David Lackowitz joined the litigation department of Gersten Savage LLP in May 2006. As a former Kings County Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Lackowitz obtained numerous misdemeanor and felony convictions, including both bench and jury trials. Mr. Lackowitz's experiences also include civil litigation; complex commercial litigation; professional liability matters, including the defense of a high profile psychiatric malpractice lawsuit; and criminal defense matters, including having assisted in successfully navigating the Archdiocese of New York through various criminal grand jury investigations. He has litigated matters in the New York state and federal courts as well as in Florida state court and the federal courts of California.
