Eric R. Roper joined Gersten Savage LLP in 2000. Mr. Roper is Chairman of the Firm's Financial Service Practice.
Mr. Roper represents domestic and offshore investment entities engaged in raising capital pools for investment in public markets and for venture capital.
Mr. Roper has been elected to three terms as a delegate to the House of Delegates of the New York State Bar Association and is a Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation. He is a member of the Compliance and Legal Division of the SIFMACL and the Securities Regulation Committee of the New York State Bar Associaton. He is a co-founder, director, and honoree of Hedge Fund Cares, an industry related charitable organization founded 11 years ago to protect abused children and is also a member of the Board of United Neighborhood House, a New York City-based non-profit. |
