Hyman L. Schaffer practices in the area of corporate and commercial litigation. Mr. Schaffer has extensive experience with developing, implementing and managing litigation campaigns in multiple jurisdictions and conducting internal and external investigations. He has represented clients in the financial services and investment banking fields as well as Fortune 100 companies, family corporations and high-net worth individuals.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Schaffer served as law clerk to the Honorable Leon D. Lazer, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division.

Mr. Schaffer is a 1979 cum laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where he was senior editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, and a graduate of New York University. He is proficient in Hebrew.
